Redundancy claim from Administrator

Good afternoon,

I was hoping someone could help on what I'm entitled to claim from the Administrator in terms of my redundancy pay.

For context, I was made redundant c. 6 months ago and had a weekly wage of £700. The RPO paid me my entitlements (notice, redundancy, holiday, wage arrears) up to statutory limit of £544.

I have received a notice from the Administrator to submit a claim but am rather confused as to what I can claim for? Can anyone assist?

I did have contractual redundancy of 12 months salary that I obviously did not receive - can I claim for that less what the RPO paid?

Thanks in advance

Hi

First of all, you have the difference between your weekly wage (£700) and what you have received (£544) in respect of the sums that you have received.

Second, you have a claim for the difference between the notice that you have received and your contractual notice under your contract.

I hope the above helps.

Regards

Gavin

The RPS will pay your statutory entitlements, but this are usually less than your contractual entitlements.

Therefore you need to submit a claim to the Administrator for your contractual entitlements, less what the RPS has paid.

The Administrator should have given you a factsheet.

Details of what you can claim can be found here:

I can highly recommend Caroline or Amanda of UKELC to help with your claim. They are expects and get paid commission only if your claim is settled.
