Hi Guys,

I've just started a jobs board and would like to know the best way to get additional jobs from other recruiters, but I'm currently working at the moment so not much time during office hours. I know it's bit of a weird one but any help would be great. The site is also free.

What was in your business plan on your strategy to get both job hunters and advertisors?

What is your USP? Why should they spend time filling in your form -v- pressing a single button and advertising on the sites that get millions of visitors a month?

I have been in recruitment for 5 years and work on the specialist engineering and science sector. There isn't enough reach to get the right candidates.
I'm thinking of doing a traditional mailshot to companies

industry journals would seem to be an option?

You would think so but they don't.

So the jobsite is specialist? Contact REC members in that sector and other agencies in that sector?
I think the toughest thing you are going to find is SEO for jobsites, unless you've got loads of money to plug into that, your site may get lost with all the major players out there.
