Long time lurker, first time poster.....

I'm looking to set up a recruitment agency to place both permanent and contract resources (not temps) and am trying to find somewhere to buy the contract templates I'll need to do this as I assume somebody will sell these, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I would not rely on templates.

In would have bespoke contracts and T&C's drawn up by a solicitor.

Have you looked at REC?

I agree please don't rely on templates - you need a contract specific to the business you have set up from your payment terms and conditions of service to what you do in case of disputes.

Relying on templates could and often do lead to costly mistakes.

Surely each contract will be bespoke to the employer. I know when I was contracting I never saw the same contract twice.
