Question regarding Online Transaction

One of this weekend's orders the security matched 3 of 4 things but address failed, the delivery address is a work address and separate to hom adress, can it still be safe, 3 digit code on back matched plus two other things and thir dman indicates low risk, shoudl it be ok?

It could be ok, or it could not be. Simple rule is, if you're unsure about an order don't process it.

There's absolutely no way of knowing so stick to your rules.

Findout the works phone number call them and ask for the person
who placed the order if they are there just tell them it was for
security that you called them at work.

You will get lots of orders with a work or other address.

This happens alot. I always check to see how far the address is away from the registered addresss. If the address is less than 20 miles away then it probably will be OK. If more than that then give them a call.

Hi Toon, Like your point that was what sprung to mind with me, person's home is on tube line right into their work , their work is rather famous place and everything else matched up, not a big or dodgy order type. Things like that always make me nervy at the moment while starting out, Toon it was as you say, billing address at home and delivery address at work.
