Protx Transaction Speed

Hi

Ive just moved over from Secure Trading to Protx due to the better transactional costs but am a bit dissapointed initially over the time span from the "Submit Pay Button" and the action (20 - 30 seconds at least).

Does anyone else find the same with Protx?

Protx changed IP and did a lot of other network changes over the weekend and last week. Have you checked that your setting are correct?

In fairness to Protx I havent made contact with them yet - so I'm not slating them as such, just thought I should pose the question. Transactions do go through ok, just the speed is slow.

Will speak to customer support anyway!

Just had an email from Protx - says the upgrade has been delayed - now on 29th.

Thanks for the comments. We found the problem to be our end. Our checkout was busy emailing confirmation email to customer and email order confirmation to us at the same time as relaying info to Protx.
