Hi all
New to the forums, I am a representative of Basik Money, a fully regulated broker covering the whole of market for property financing, commercial mortgages, bridging loans and development finance, as well as personal lending, in partnership with a large panel of lenders. This varied panel helps us give our clients access to a wide range of products, rates and services, and we can offer consultancy on the best method of funding each individual project in a developer's pipeline.
From being a part of this platform, I am hoping to develop a stronger network of developers and associated services, as well as giving help and answering questions about the various ways of funding your projects.
