Print on demand greeting cards

Can any tell me of any good and reliable print on demand greeting card services? I'm looking to get a few one-off greeting cards designed.

I was impressed by the quality of Moo.com for business cards - they do greetings cards too - but I think they are more expensive than Vistaprint etc

Funky pigeon are good for cards.

For design work I would suggest most graphic artists - a chunk of the card places do design work too though may subcontract that out.

The design and the printing can be done separately to keep costs down.

I'm ideally looking for some companies that will print just one copy of a greeting card.

I am a graphic designer myself so it's just the printing I actually need.
