Print Google Checkout invoices

Hi all,

I need to print my Google Checkout invoices for the Bookkeeper. What is the best way to do this? There is no direct print button is there?

Does your browser not have a print button? Or go "File|Print".

But formatting doesn't matter. As long as the relevant information is clear that will be enough.

When I say formatting I mean that they won't fit on 1 page and will display all of the toolbars etc.

You could highlight all the information you do need and then get the printer to "print selected text/area".

Hey, that's why we are the perfect Virtual PA - we don't want our clients stressed over stuff that they shouldn't really be concerned about.

You're getting too worked up over this, Stefen. Don't kill yourself...let us do it for you!

Just click on 'download data to spreadsheet button' at bottom of page that shows the transactions.

All you have to do then is open in microsoft excell and print as normal.

Unfortunately bigears I'm going to have to go through month by month to create the spreadsheet as you can only do it that way.
