I was follwoing the topic 'plumber - Accounts', and despite attempts to bring it back on track it seems to have disapered. ANyone know what happened?

Shouldn't mods moderate and bring things into order rather than take the easy and authority assertion option of just deleting items? Is this a serious forum or a school playground?

I think they delete threads if they feel it is becoming unprofessional and people are just arguing for the sake of it.

PM Ozzy and ask him why.

I must say I agree, and I've complained about this in the distant past.

If a thread must be deleted for some reason, couldn't forum members be given an explanation, ie delete the content and leave a message:

"Thread deleted by moderator because ............".

That way forum members could learn something?
