How email marketing works? Is it worth to invest if advertising food? Is it worth to invest if advertising fashion blog?
Email marketing has become an essential tool for business ever since the introduction of the Internet to the world, however some campaigns that make it through to our inboxes are absolute rubbish that we don’t take any notice of. This article seeks to explain what email marketing really is, why companies should use it and how they should go about doing so.
It's because it has a free offer, which is limited in facilities and everyone hoping to make a fast buck takes it up. Until they realise it's limitations...There is a reason MailChimp is one of the most popular email marketing software available.
I don't think it's worth it. You better invest in Google Adwords or pay a professional SEO agency to optimise your blog and website. The ROI % will probably be better. How email marketing works? Is it worth to invest if advertising food? Is it worth to invest if advertising fashion blog?
Alot of marketers say that mailchimp is not very friendly using affiliate marketing. My personal experience it is realy not bad to collect emails from start point. You can get up to 2000 subscriber list for free. Simple integration, newsletter reports. Of course in free account autoresponders not working and you can send only limited count of mails. And if people from list start checking your email campaigns as spam, then even payed account can get baned. There is a reason MailChimp is one of the most popular email marketing software available. It gets the job done but there are plenty of alternatives if you take the time to seek them out. But going back to your original question which is better Aweber or Mailchimp depends on what you want it to do. You can see a detailed comaprison of them bothhere.
Email marketing is the most effective way to make money online for a long time.If you have an email list, you will be able to make money on autopilot.

For every 100 visitors on our website about 15 people make a purchase. If you send 100 e-mails, will you get 15 leads?Let's say that for every 100 visitors you get via SEO and PPC, 5 people make a purchase. That's 95 people or 95% of your visitors gone, wasted, probably never to return.

Seems extraordinarily high... I seem to remember a figure of 0.5% (or 1 sale from 200 visitors) as being the "average" (though I'd be disappointed in that result). As it is, you get 15 sales per 100 website visits (which is an excellent conversion rate by the way). But what about the 85 people or 85% of people that don't buy?

As well as increasing your conversion on initial sale, you get the opportunity to sell other stuff to them over time, thus increasing customer value.
Another way of doing email marketing is in bulk..buy leads from data provider..buy offshore server and send out emails to leads. best practice is to send out valuable informative emails than email them about your product. I learnt how to set up the servers which can easily send 10 millions per day.
