Plastic Jerry can specifications for export to uk

Dear all,

We are a plastic container (5Ltr Jerry cans) manufacturer based in India. My customer want to export his product using my 5 litre jerry cans to uk and Europe.

I want to know, if there are any specific Jerry can standard ( like, weight, color etc) for import to uk or Europe.

I was told by one of my customer that the empty can must weigh 330gm and must be made out of vergin polyethylene and must pass a drop test from 1.4 metre. Are there any such standard?

Any pointers will be help.
