We are a small company, 2 employees and a contractor.
I currently Kashflow for the bookeeping.
Unfortunately, Kashflow does not have an integrated payroll system, we have to use something else.
Could you please recommend any good software? I dont mind to use "cloud" software.

I am using Payroll Manager in a trial which will expiry soon. I found it good but there are lot of tabs. I am wondering if it is not too complicated for the size of my company. But can be ok for me to use.

I have had a look to 12Pay which can be linked (it seems) to Kasflow.

I would wish to have a system that can prepare HMRC forms etc.

Looking forward to hearing your good experience with any software.
Thanks

Moneysoft's Payroll Manager is often recommended on a bookkeeping forum of which I'm also a member.

12Pay is also worth a look and has a free version.

I'm not allowed to post URLs but they're easily found via Google.

12Pay is good. We used it for around a year and had no complaints but we now use ClearBooks cloud accounting software, which has OpenPayroll integrated within it - only been using for a month or two but so far very easy to use and again no complaints.
I'd recommend either of these for a small business.

I have used the payroo.com service for a few of years now. It's not the easiest site to navigate, but their video guides are helpful and it's FREE to use for companies with under 10 employees.

Depending on exactly what you need, another vote for Moneysoft - I've used it for years, it's extremely good and highly recommended.

I suggest you for ascentpayroll.in , which is a good payroll software and it has 60 days of trail period. It has released an upgraded software on employee self service, it can help you understand the arrears, leave reimbursements, or any cutting for loss of pay, it can give a direct information to the employees

I work at E-conomic which is a cloud-based accounting solution. Payroll integration is not a part of the standard package, but via an add-on, such as MyPAYE, which is HMRC accredited. You can try out this payroll solution for free, if you're interested.

Let me know if you need more info. Hope you'll find the right solution for your business.
