50% ? I thought 15 % bad enough, at least it's workable. What are they basing their calculations on for you ?
In essence I've no problems with the design of the Paypal system Online Trader, properly integrated with our shopping cart the pages are branded and look professional, it's the appalling service that's shaken my confidence in them. That said, I've heard of a travel company who's bank demanded a huge reserve - with little notice - so I guess the nervousness is widespread.
