Hi, I merged my single handed GP practice with my neighbouring 2 partner practice about 9 months ago. We work in two sites. Incidentally, I found my new partner(s) jointly or one of them forged my signature. Also I find lot of dishonest practices happening in their site.I have not signed any partnership agreement with them despite of them pushing me hard to sign one conditions favourable to them. I can not trust them and would like to dissolve the partnership. how do I go about it?

You need to contact a commercial solicitor to take this forward. normally you just have to notify the other partners that you wish to leave the partnership on a certain date, but there could well be legal claims arising from the other proposed partners, if you do things wrong,

You get half a hour with solicitors free to discuss the outlines of any problems, to enable you to make up your mind if you need them or not

I have reported to GMC and NHS England who are investigation. In the meantime, they are making it hard for me to work. I don't want to leave the P'ship as I have done nothing wrong. If the GMC and NHS England is not coming with appropriate verdict, then I want the whole partnership dissolved.
