Not sure whether to accept this payment or not - help!

Had an order, but the card payment has not passed the AVS checked because there is no response from the card issuer. Any suggestions for further check I could make or what you would do?

If there is a phone number ring them and double check the address. Often someone using a dodgy card will not be able to give the address quickly.

Also check the details on 192.com.

It shouldn't make any difference. It could have been simply a case of connection issues which caused the avs to fail.

You need to determine whether or not you are prepared to take the risk based on the value of the order.
