If you were 600 miles south we'd be having a chat some time in the future

My BTL was previously with a local firm of 'grey hair' agents, who were top notch. Straight talking (to the point of blunt), gave solid advice and earned their fees.

Unfortunately they sold out to a young and ambitious firm, who conformed to the worst cliches of estate agents 'over-promise / under-deliver'. (in other words, full of sh!t).

Unable t find a good alternative, I've reverted to OpenRent, which works Ok, but I'd still happily pay for a reliable, honest agent local to the flat.
