You've done well as a new business to be looking at instruction on new builds.

Have you taken a recognised course @Helen1971? If so there should have been a module on valuations.

It’s one of those skills that needs experience and you get that by working for an established estate agent.

Then maybe you need to contract out the valuations until you have necessary training and skills.
