New electricity contract pricing

Just in the process of getting a new warehouse that will have a very low electricity consumption (appx 60kw/month).

We're currently paying about 35p/kwh in our existing premises but best quote we have received for the new one is about 80p.

Curious to know what anyone else who has recently got a new contract is paying.

Hi, we are currently paying 17.78 per unit with British gas no standing charge until mid January, there quoted me 67 pence per unit plus 40 pence per day standing charge, minus government help, not sure how much that is, if standard variable rate, there quoted me 120 per unit and 120 per day standing charge,, i've not made up my mind yet,

Our contact comes to an end in February, I’ve been looking so I’m interested to read replies to this thread, so far I’ve been quoted prices ranging from 80p to £1.10 but so far I’ve decided to wait. Thanks for posting this, hopefully we can help fellow members find a decent rate
