Yes, I'm not sure if this is a serious post or not, but best to give the benefit of the doubt, so...
As said above, maintaining supply could be an issue, esp during the summer, but a big problem is that you cant drink rainwater !
It's fine for collecting in a drum for the garden, and survival situations (and even then you need to strain and boil it at the very least - and still run a risk) but not for drinking.
Again, as said already, it contains pollution from the air and a host of other airbourne 'nasty' things.
I'm sure it was ok for cavemen (and cavewomen) but they didnt come up with the term 'acid rain' for no reason !
You could set up a treatment process etc, but by the time you did that the cost would probably be too high.
If you really want to sell water, just bottle tap water. I can't recall where i saw it, but on the telly once they did just that, and sold it on the streets of london as 'thames valley tap water' (or the like). People still brought it, and apparently as long as you notify the waterboard and pay an increase in your water rates it is all legal to do.
Given how cheap water is that come out of the tap, it did not seem that hard to make a profit - though It may not be as easy as that once you start taking thousands of gallons (sorry, were metric now - litres) from the waterboard !
