Hello everyone,

I need advice about how to contact new and potential customer.
for example there is a company, that I consider to be a potential client, and I just know their email:
info(at)company.com and I need to contact them with my offer, how to write a mail, so they would not consider me as a spammer.

I there are different approaches, please let me know.
Any suggestions are welcome, but sample of mail, I talked about is best.

Thanks in advance.

I'd say get on the phone, try and get a contact name and number (and email addy). Make friends with the receptionist so they can push your name and contact details to the right person

I would not recommending sending an unsolicited e-mail - these will rarely even be opened, let alone read or actioned upon.

What do you sell? You would be better off sending a letter along with a sample, or a gift, and then following up with a phonecall as @Christophe JD suggests.
