Mobile phone / Broadband issue?

Hi all, am with Vodafone for my mobile phone (sim only) and my home broadband. Since about early December last year, I was being emailed by customers who said they had tried to call me, but couldn't get through, so when speaking to Vodafone about this they suggested switching on wifi calling on my phone, this has meant that a lot of calls are now coming through, BUT, on almost all the calls going out and coming in via wifi calling, the call drops out mid-way through the call!!

The router is in the lounge downstairs and the office is upstairs - when I go downstairs to talk on the phone, there's never any dropouts.

If you were me and you wanted to receive all calls made from customers and not to have any dropouts mid-conversation, what would you do please?

Any particular recommendations?
Sorry, no.

Thinking about I would complain to Vodafone again. Tell them you still have a problem with incoming calls. and that you have tried there suggestion of wifi calling but the router signal strength is not adequate.
