Missing commission! do you know this company?

Hi all - I need your help.

Some months back I registered as an agent on this website http://www.just-dial.com - part of Onetel.

I was allocated a few numbers and I started to promote these numbers - cheap international call numbers) on a website http://www.21uk.com (please don't comment on the website - it does the job)

The website is doing well and I can see the number of calls going through these numbers when I login to iew my account on the just-dial website.

Since signing up as an agent I have not received any commissions from this people and I have tried repeatedly to contact them - but never had a reply.

Have you dealt with this company before?
What do you think I should do now?

I can't take the website offline (http://www.21uk.com) - bcos its doing well in the search engines - in fact its doing bloody well and all traffic to the website is coming from search engines.

I've not heard of them, but I have in the past had trouble getting money out of this kind of telecomms company.

I changed supplier, then worked very hard to get my money.

My new supplier are very reliable any pay regularly(not sure if they do what you want)

Telco Global Ltd seem to be a profitable, asset rich company. However, the parent company "Telco Holding Ltd" appear to be making (or were on 04) significant losses - but do have significant assets. Although, of course, historic accounts don't tell you everything.

OneTel had a HUGE slice of the Australian telecommunications industry until approx 2004, when it went into receivership with debts in, as I recall, the millions ($AU).

That does not necessarily imply that the company is a risk here, but based upon my knowledge of their operation I would neither use them nor recommend them.

PS I lived in Aust. for many years until 2003, when I returned to UK. I therefore offer my insight from close observations, and, in fact, a former customer, of One Tel.

Does OneTel guarantee the performance of just dial? Probably not!

Performance etc I know nothing about - I don't use the service myself - I just promote my numbers and from the amount o minutes recorded from these numbers they must be doing something right (I hope - anyway)

I just want my commission
