Minibus for day centre PSV COIF form

Hello,

I run a day centre for adults with learning disabilities and recently bought a minibus reg. SG58 ENL with 17 seats.

I have to apply for a PSV licence but, as the vehicle was previously used by a charity and has never had a PSV test done before, I need to complete a COIF form PSV 417. We are a profit making Ltd company, hence we need a PSV licence.

I am having great difficulty completing the COIF application form as some of the information is hard to find out, such as adherence to various EU Directives, manufacturers design weights and engine make and model.

Does anyone know who can help obtain the information. It is not available on the V5 logbook.
