Ah but you see I have never once insulted MJ, merely stated he does nothing for me - so go read again and this time make sure of your facts!!

Right, I'm away as I refuse to play ball with you any longer and am going finishing off some paid work before I sit down and spend the rest of the time with my family and friends - I have some of those - doubt you do with all that aggression and hostility in you!

What is it about Michael Jackson threads? :|

Let me remind everyone about the forum's definition of inappropriate content (although most of you know this better than I do).

Flaming is personally attacking another UKBF community member with belittling, insulting or threatening content. Flaming is very unwelcome and will be subject to moderation and potentially incur a strike or ban.

Trolling is to post content that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other UKBF community members. Posts of this nature are disruptive and do not convey a friendly attitude – again, posts such as these are unwelcome and will be subject to moderation and potentially incur a strike or ban.

Members must not engage in one-to-one arguments, disagreements or disputes of a personal nature. Neither should members engage in ‘ranting’ – this is the publishing of long, aggressive posts that serve only to aggravate members and add little or nothing to the original question posted. Both arguing and ranting are unwelcome and will be subject to moderation and potentially incur a strike or ban.

Before things go completely barmy, I'm going to remove some messages from this thread because, clearly, they fall into one or more of these categories. Having fun in 'Time Out' is one thing. Insulting others is something else - whether in 'Time Out' or not.

You want to talk about facts, you were the one claiming there was a difference between aquitted and not guilty and then never came back to explain yourself.

If you really need to know, I'm surrounded with family and friends and I've had them laughing hysterically at my posts.

I'm a grown up, just young at heart.

:)

BIllie, come on now

An adult would never refer to themselves as a 'grown up'

come clean, how old are you?

Let's all bury the hatchet and not in anybodies head right.

There's an icecream van outside, I'm off for some.

I reckon everyone should do the same and chill and enjoy the last day of Summer!

That's rich coming from you!!

If you read the opening post you will realise why I got upset. The negative posts should not have been posted on here.

But Billie

you were never really upset

I'm surrounded with family and friends and I've had them laughing hysterically at my posts.

This has all just been a jolly joke on your part

You telling people they are sick, wishing ill on them, calling them names etc. was just your jolly jape.

Not the best sense of humor in the world, but we're all different.

What's wrong with that? I don't see that being an issue. It does not explain nothing to be honest. There are plenty of teenagers who have more intelligence than adults!

Double negative young 'un.
This means 'it explains everything'.
And whilst there may be "plenty of teenagers who have more intelligence than some (- my insertion) adults!", this doesn't mean either you or Billie are amongst them.
Generalizations never work. :)

Another non sequitur.

The making of jokes, of whatever sort, is not a reliable indication of intelligence, however measured, (assuming the measures fall within the established frameworks, rather than purely personal, subjective analyses such as 'I disagree therefore you are stupid'.)

Jokes are a social construct, used for many purposes, among them the deflation of tension, pomposity and the fear of mortality. Or, sometimes, because the subject is a poisonous little dick who is not being shown as such. Useful things, jokes.

I give you credit for the statement you have made as you are right that what might be considered funny to some may not to others. However some sort of level of intelligence will guide you to the fact that making jokes of a dead man is wrong and not funny. You did not know the guy personally nor did I. Therefore unlike some I don't jump on the bandwagon and believe everything in the media.

Who have I wished ill on? My name calling was well warranted, after people made jokes, threw insults and had no regards for the reason the thread was started. I gave them a taste of their own medicine.

What a wonderfully short memory you have - but then again people can't see what its all about as all your abusive posts have now been deleted ...

Unfortunately for you, this forum is open to all so therefore anyone can come join and post up their opinion, its just rather sad that anyone who vaguely doesnt agree with your hero worship is then subjected to name calling from you ... you want respect for this thread, yet you don't respect that other people do not have the same view as you - would that life was that easy to manipulate!

I'd say telling good jokes is a sign of high intelligence though I haven't done any research on that.

The funniest people I ever came across on the internet were scientists and their forum threads are hilarious and that's no lie!!

They once debated 'why do dogs roll in poo?'

They got all deep into it :) heh heh

Yes one of my posts was deleted and it should not have been. People tend to take things to literally. If you think what I posted was abuse then love you have not seen the 'real world'.

Im not saying that what I have posted was because 'MJ was insulted' I have only posted what I believe is right, which is that MJ was a human being and for people to post offensive remarks to a dead man shows a sign of immaturity. I have said before I am not a die hard MJ fan.

However with the intelligence that I have, to make jokes of someone who has died is not funny at all. God forbid if one of your close ones were to pass away and I made remarks you would not be happy which is understandable.

My point is that people jump the bandwagon. As I stated earlier I don't know MJ and neither does anyone here who has posted. So why should we make un kind remarks.

I have learnt alot from this thread, which is to stand by what you believe is right. I accept your view and other peoples views that they might not care that he has passed away, but why post on a thread that is about MJ and for people to post condolences.

Some adults tend to undermine the view of the young. However you should also learn to respect other peoples views and also feelings.

Billie here is clearly a fan of MJ and for people to post such posts will obviously make the guy upset. So why do it as the thread was for condolence messages.

If you really wanted to let everyone know what you thought about MJ why not start a thread it would make more sense.

I hope you have learnt to respect the value of young users within this forum.

I can see what you mean Billie, however this is something that anyone would have done to be fair.

Shouldn't it be around this pont in the thread that someone accuses Billie1 and iwillmakeit of being the same person posting under different id's?

And it's been ages since anyone mentioned Hitler.

Do you people not understand forum etiquette? :p

............anyway, about that smile doing the macarena.............?

You must be refering to yourself on the above, as you were the one doing such things. You aught to be ashamed of yourself. When people read your posts they will be put off from working with you.

I know I have been put off. I once spoke to you on another forum where you gave advice about writing blogs, but now I know you're not the sort of person I want to do business with.

Would people wanting to do business with a pedophile admiring, shouty Christian, obsessive, teenager, with budgets to match the above, please form a queue. An orderly queue, please.

And in related news, scientists have found the Christian gene..

I'm no phoedophile admirer as I surely don't admire the Gary Glitters of this world. You don't know me personally so you have no idea what I've achieved in life. I'm proud to stand up for what I believe in.

By the way I haven't read your attachment on what scientists have found, as most are athieus.

Although irrelevant to the content of the original post, the way the thread went was a pleasure to read.

Some great examples of petulance, points scoring and puerile behaviour.

Hell I loved it, and regret I wasn't online to get stuck in.

I'm sorry I missed the pre-moderation version.

Yep pre-moderated you would have loved it ... good old Billie went further than you usually do with abusing me ... see what you miss out on when you suddenly start working for a change!!
