As per the title, im looking to do a research survey on some products that im looking to expand into.

Im looking for help in structuring the survey questions to make it clear for respondents and also posting the survey to the required target audience.

I have looked at www.surveymonkey.co.uk and www.surveygizmo.com and im considering using either of them.
wondering if anyone have used any of these companies, are they good and delivered on the project.

If you are carrying out market research you need to:-

1.Develop qualitative and quanitative questions, framed without bias which provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your next steps - if you don't have a market research background, it's worth asking a market research freelance to help you develop your questions and for help with the analysis.

2. As important is reaching your target audience. What sort of organisations or individuals do you need to reach. How will you reach them? How will you incentivise them to complete your survey?

3. I haven't used SurveyGizmo - Survey Monkey is quite good for most basic surveys. The paid for version is better for more detailed question setting and analysis.

Thanks for your reply, I don't have any market research background, hence I need a freelancer who can help.
Anyone on this forum who is a market research freelancer?

I have used Zoomerang free online survey in the past and it did what we needed it to do. I wasn't bothered whether the questions were slanted or biased as I simply took the data and then applied it to our printed materials where appropriate; as in reinforcing a marketing claim.
