I'm in the food distribution game with a focus on speciality & health. I import goods and distribute them in these channels and in some cases I work with new-ish products which are made in the UK.
I am looking to add products to my portfolio, purely on a trading basis (i.e. I am not interested in manufacturing) so that I can market and distribute them through my existing channels.
Does anyone here operate in these channels who may be looking to offload either their business or a brand/product which repeat sells, but which doesn't make a huge amount of money? In an ideal world I am looking for products or groups of products which are repeat selling with a total volume of 100 - 150k per year, whose brand owner (be it in the UK or overseas) is solvent and doing well in their home market.
If so I would be interested in hearing from you/him/her.
