Looking for Website, logo and CRM!

Hi all, I'm looking for all of the above for my company.

The company is an network analysis supplier and software reseller called Iris Networks and I am looking for help with the following:

Website - this doesn't have to be overly complex but needs to have a small number of pages describing some of the solutions which we supply. I would also like to be able to upload content such as user manuals and PDF datasheets and possibly some video demonstrations although this is not crucial in the early stages.
I'd like users to have to register their details before they can download any files.

Logo- again, not overly complex but fitting with the company name and strategy. (analysis, iris, visibility, EYEs etc)

CRM - I need to be able to have all of my contacts which are in excel currently imported in to a CRM which will allow me to:
1. Lookup customer records
2. Create quotes
3. Create invoices
4. Track outstanding invoices both from customers and from Iris to suppliers.
5. Would like to have a custom field that allows me to search for customer records by vertical sector perhaps.

That's about it for now, I'm sure there is more though.

Can anyone help with the above please?

Have you considered using an accounting package for CRM requirements? Something like sage 50 or quickbooks can adequately handle all that for you.

If your still looking for quotes PM me and I will send you a quote through, however the purpose of my post was recommendation for CRM.

We use Kashflow accounting software linked with Capsule CRM, this seems to be a superb combination and both work together great.

Kashflow allows you to create projects, quotes etc.

Capsule allows you to manage sales opportunities, cases, customers etc.

If you want to talk over this Ill be happy to offer you some advice on it and talk you through how it works. Im sure both have a demo available too.
