Looking for the partner(s) in the UK

Hello friends,
I am looking forward to building up a team of like-minded people to create, share, and operate a business. I hope I am in the right place as this forum looks fairly tidy. I am looking for people with experience and interest in business consulting, strategic planning, and development. We would contact the companies that are looking to employ business consultants, developers, etc., and offer them a B2B relationship. The goal is to sustain this activity and create a network of good people who would be open to partnerships and new ideas in the future.

Scalable stuff that we would be looking to scale to once we establish ourselves:

• Indoor farming business. We`d sell the business of indoor farming and not the harvest of it. We`d construct both systems preferably - hangars and the systems with the template of how to manage the harvest, conditions, and what yield to expect. Along with the consultancy. We have the know-how and the infrastructure. (It will be more clear in a bit).
• SMR (Small Modular Reactor) and heating/ventilation system projects. Complimentary to the UK, Rolls Royce is quite heavy and successful in SMR development. Since the reactors are expected to really hit the market in the early 2030s. we have some time to gather resources and organize. I`d love to scout areas in the UK and offer municipalities (and maybe RR too) some studies in advance - on how to transition from traditional energy resources to nuclear what kind of parameters are to be expected and what sort of systems we would recommend (air-water, geothermal, etc. For example, we do the math on residential buildings, their energy consumption and needs, prepare studies on transition costs/labor, etc. Policies will require additional investigation.

About me: my name is Marius and I am from Lithuania. I run a government-owned company (the city council is the sole shareholder) that is responsible for local and intercity transportation. During my time here I have successfully prepared and implemented plans that resulted in 1,5 mln. euros in investment. We are about to invest 2 more million this year. My term is due in one year and I am exhausted. I have promised my wife that I will never work for politicians ever again. Anyway, during these last 12 months, I will set up the company for success by creating a sister company whose main function will be cargo transportation. The goal: to split all non-driver`s (administration, repair unit) workers contracts in half to reduce the costs for the passenger transport.
I also run a company that does HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) work. However, due to the lack of serious industrial projects and the possible corruption in the public purchase practices in the construction sector, we are moving our operations to Germany. Hence the indoor farming idea which is more of a plumbing and automation and not farming.

That and many more things are going on.

I am the MD joint owner, of SMART-HutNet Ltd., incorporated in 2019 we are based in the south of England in the county of Dorset, post code BH12, our Directors we work remotely from home.

3. We design, run, execute projects which could be say, research, with the outout presented to you / your team in the context of dashboards.
4. Additionally, we design, run, and execute Marketing / Sales campaigns. This is known as Demand Marketing, compiling the content which will hook the interest of

The next item caught my eye, SMR

I'm currently undertaking research of 'Blue Gas', (Hydrogen) for a client in Europe, as I'm sure you are aware, Hydrogen is set to become the new generation of energy in the UK, for many sectors including the automotive, housing sectors.

As with any 'unicorn' technology and product development, their will be the naysayers and critics that will condem it, saying it will never happen! , Then there's the development, and roll out of the infrastructure, hydrogen filling stations nationally.

I think Hydrogen will be a 'slow burner', no pun' intended, but once blue and green H starts to get investment funding series for R&D the pace will quicken and there will be different levels of awareness raising and campaigns to be executed to buid confidence.

Personally, I haven't gone EV / or hybrid in terms of what I drive, yet I'm going to wait for H. In the transport sector, I think H planes, trains, ships, and SuperHGV trucks will hit the market within the next 3-5 years.
