Looking for Laptop recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some expert advice as i'm looking to buy a Laptop for Christmas and need to choose the best one.

I've got it down to these two, which is the best one? Or, do you have any other recommendations? I'm looking for a Windows 8 system, i7 processor, 1tb hard drive minimum, 8-16gb ram, with capabilities to play the latest games like Call of duty but equally be fairly portable. I really fancied a 'touch screen' device but combining all of that is probably impossible.
