limited Company error in name

My company’s name is something like “John’s Cakes Ltd”
Now the problem i am having is no online forms for insurance, shopping etc will accept the apostrophe
Can I write it as Johns Cakes Ltd or will my insurance be invalid?

You could change the company name to Johns Cakes Ltd and then trade as John's Cakes if you wanted to.

I guarantee the insurance company won't refuse your premiums because you haven't got an apostrophe in the name.

The worst of them would probably try to fight a claim saying the name wasn't given correctly.

My company name has an ampersand in it - & - which online forms won't accept.

We've been fine just using "and" instead. Though it is annoying
