Lies and deceit in disciplinary

[\QUOTE]
Yet you haven't said what your issues are, even when asked directly, by someone who is open about their own issues.
Not if you want to claim discrimination.

You don't have a case, you haven't been "hurt" or affected, move on.
Get better at your job, earn more.
Stop whinging and blaming everyone but yourself.
You'll be much happier.[/QUOTE]

So
I haven’t been affected?
What are you talking about really?’

I’ve been made to look like a lying trouble maker.
It’s humiliating. All my close colleagues know and don’t see why I’m not on their pay level.
I’m standing up to the bullies (they treat many staff like shit).
You may walk away but I’ve been brought up to stand up for myself.
Don’t judge me and say I’m whinging. You have no idea about my life and situation and believe me, this is not whinging.
To walk away is weakness.

How do the other staff know? Has someone been talking when they shouldn't about matters you don't need others knowing?

We are a close group and we all know our salaries.
This is the reason I’m not happy.
I’ve not learnt this after the fact. I have know for some time and tried to redress the issue formally.
Obviously there is a reason, which they only said was my sickness record.
If they’d said it was my performance or any other valid reason I’d take it on the chin.
This is not the case at all.

Call it blackmail but it’s not. I’m not after keeping my job. It’s untenable now.
I don’t want anything for myself so you need to get something tangible for it to be blackmail. I just want it know they are liars and using the word integrity alongside their names is laughable.

OK, my last comment on this. You do want something, you want revenge, you want to hurt them as you have been hurt.

Life is not fair, as the father of a disabled daughter who has seen her bullied in two jobs unfairly, to the point where she was considering harming herself, I understand your frustration, but that changes nothing.

I took legal action on my daughters behalf, which changed nothing unfortunately but I explained to her she just had to move on and find a decent employer. Looking for revenge will be of no help to you, looking for a new job will.

Two years later my daughter now has a good employer, is happy and content.

What you do is now down to you, but trying to hurt these people will not benefit you in anyway.

Strange setup to me. Have worked as part of close groups before, no way anyone could find out my salary. Unless people talk its not anyone else's business.
Still, takes all sorts.

Don't think you will get far with them now regarding pay.

There is actually a simple piece of information missing-
What is the reason you didn’t get the pay rise? Because, if the other two present at the review meeting said the only reason you won’t get the rise was your sickness record, and same two now deny they said this, it follows that you didn’t get a pay rise and there is no reason why you didn’t get it.

A word from someone who has “been around the block”. You are fixating on the Consultant saying the HR person is of fine integrity. It’s not relevant. You “revealing” the indiscretions of the people having affairs isn’t going to revise anyone’s report or opinion of someone’s “integrity” and therefore, attacking someone’s reputation for “integrity” will not lead to your claim of discrimination being proven.

Your union will be able to advise on matters which you can take forward, such as a right of appeal etc.

I guarantee you will only bring yourself more stress and frustration if you try to prove your case via the means of revealing affairs

Also forget about being “made to look like a liar and troublemaker” no-one has called you that, no-one has said that and there is no way to correct or address what people think about you in any case. Of the 3 or 4 people who know about this process, two are, according to you, liars of poor integrity. The consultant is a “for-hire” independent who you may never encounter again.

Thoughts of revenge can take a huge toll on your life and an even greater one if you are unable to rid your mind but still don't act on them.

With this in mind, on the day you clear your desk, a meeting with the MD to re-affirm your position with a statement about the company trusting people who are happy to deceive their partners and their families, is unlikely to have much impact, may not even be shared with the people you blame, but could be enough for you to let it go and move on.
Only you can decide if doing nothing will haunt you for the rest of your days.

Make your point and move on.
