Hi all. I currently run a small business, established 2001, we have a ecommerce website that has been running for getting on for 18 of those years.

It has been suggested to me that I add Klarna to my payment options, just currently c cards and PayPal are accepted.

I have started a conversation with the above company but does anyone have any first hand experiences, good or bad, with Klarna?

I have no experience with Klarna but I do see it offered by so many different sites. Seeing it offered so much suggests that it is having good use and an effective payment option.

They don't make it easy to figure out what their fees are. In fact it seems impossible.

I saw 4.99%. Certainly a big chunk out of the bottom line. They get a roasting for the unregulated lending in many reviews.
