Junior web developer

Good afternoon all

I run a ****** project that deals in and amongst other things e-learning..we have been established for over a year and have built a solid reputation and we are looking for talented individuals, preferably who are just setting out on their freelancing journey, or who are looking for a new direction, for ongoing web development work.

This would suit someone with good back end development skills able to work with a number of languages including javascript, python and php.

You are not going to find a "junior web developer" with good back end development inc Javascript/python & php.

If they are just setting out on freelance it will likely be with 2 years experience - if you are in the Bath/Bristol area that is c£30k so if looking at ltd co contract freelance expect them to want £25-30ph.

If I was you i would talk to the local unis about the KTP (knowledge transfer program) basically you get a post grad or someone looking to do work for a thesis so they bring good theoretical knowledge with a degree of experience and you pay usually less than for a full blown developer
