Any one know or care to explain how i can include these little tools in my site.

i have seen them on yoo theme template demo

Symphony Template - The images that move when user clicks the arrows to the left and right.

Pulse Tempate - How to do that special imagery - "How to get Sweet templates.

These are modules and components, normally when you download the template they give you a quickstart package with these included. I have worked with joomla for over 4 years now if theres anything i can help with just ask

Is your site Joomla based? If not, it is still possible.

Check to see if the yootools are free, but you can also go to the Joomla extensions directory - there will be loads - many free!

I'm more of a Wordpress man myself. In fact all my websites are done with websites. Plenty of "nifty tools" but also very easy to add content to the website without messing up the layout. And very search engine-friendly too (most importantly!).

Thanks people!

I am more than happy to pay for the template, tools etc.

i am first deciding which template to go for?

Where can i download these modules/components?

Or will they be inlcuded when i purchase the template?

Any help appreciated

So the two "Nifty" as i describe them in the Yoo Templates are downloadable from those links yea?

Or are they direct to YOO themes?

Cheers

No not everything on joomla.org is free, no they don't delete things that are not free, some things you have to pay for if you want them.

Your memberships to premium joomla themes and templates, are unlikely to give you permission to give away those templates.

Basically your talking rubbish.

Could anyone else help me with those two little tools?

If you post a link to example sof what you are trying to achieve it might be easier. It sounds like you may be after some sort of slideshow module for Joomla - in which case you should probably check out the slideshow, simple image gallery, and simple image rotator plugins from joomlaworks. You can get free versions of each here I think: http://www.joomlaworks.gr/

If this isn't what you are after, give me a link and I will let you know if I know where it came from - but also - as others mentioned - just look through the Joomla Extensions Directory - it lists most plugins - and indicates if they are open source/LGPL (free) or commercial.

Hi there. Thanks for you help.

The link is http://demo.yootheme.com/

1) Firstly, select the "Symphony Template" at the top of the page.

1) The images that move when user clicks the arrows to the left and right. (this is what i want)

2) Secondly, select the "Pulse Tempate" from the top of the page.

2) There is some special images on the homepage of this template, it says "How to get Sweet templates" on the image. (this is what i want to do)

Thanks.

I am fairly sure you can achieve something like you want in 1 with the plugins from joomlaworks I mentioned before - Simple Image Rotator I believe.

As for number 2 - not sure actually, never seen it before - perhpas it comes with the theme? Tried emailing Yoothemes direct?
