Item Won in Auction but client refused to rise an invoice

Hi All,

I won an Item ( Machinery ) in respectable / well known web site - VAT Registered company not like EBAY. But they are delaying / refusing to rise an invoice for me - Auctioneer saying they asking their client to invoice them so they will invoice me...!!! but so far I haven`t got the invoice to Pay them and arrange collection for my item.

Please advise.:|

(on the other hand If I got the invoice ( or do the same thing ) like ignoring / delaying to pay them off - They might after me and impose charges / storages charges etc etc )

Most auctioneers say All final bids are subject to approval by their client, Tehir client might be Wasting time as they have a buyer and are waiting to see if they go through or not and if not they go ahead with you?
