App for accepting card payment when email QBO invoices

Hi guys,

for years now i've turned the payment option off on quickbooks online when emailing out clients invoices and have advised them to use the bank details on the invoice to BACS payment.

I did this as people were paying via paypal and I was getting charged a % which adds up.

Can you anyone recommend an app for quickbooks online which will let me accept card payments via the link provided when emailing out invoices? I'm thinking they will also charge a small % for each transaction? If I remember correctly the Paypal fee was quite high (Hence me disabling paying invoices via the link).

I'd recommend using Stripe with QuickBooks and then disable the PayPal option in your Stripe settings. Then your customers can pay by bank, card and Apple/Google pay - but not PayPal

Yes, Stripe is quite good, we use it ourselves. It's one of the best options out there for handling card payments

just had a quick look and GoCardless seems to be cheaper? My quickbooks online is asking me to set that up currently.
