Is having a wife worth it?

DancingWithPoodles

This is a serious questions why would a man marry one woman? I can only see one reason --- CHILDREN! So for example if you can have kids from a woman and dont have to live with her wouldnt it be better?

Why waste your life by spending 12 hours a day for the rest of your life with one person when you can try and have many experiences?

why would a woman want to have kids when you're playing away and never there to help?

Unless of course you were bank rolling, then a gold digger might have a baby for that reason

Then that would make her just as bad as you, and possibly a neglected child

Not entirely sure where you are going with this poodle

I am saying life is so interesting and getting a wife and living a normal life seems like a bad idea.

Well I used to have a wife and I don't anymore. I'd have to say that on balance, things are better now. Just.

your future wife should* be the person you want to make your wife, because you've enjoyed the time you've spent with her and your natural instinct to make babies kicks in

* except in instances of arranged and other culture based marriage

I can see what dwp is saying, personally i agree.

It's like those people who have kids and just look after kids all the time and have no life.

Find the right wife, and your life becomes infinitely more interesting and fun and fulfilling.

Mrs. P told me to say that :D

It can be handy to have someone who is contractually obliged to sleep with you. :D

Any adult can sleep with you .... I've slept with many women on trains, planes and automobiles :D

It's what happens when all parties are awake that's the best bit :D

Depends on the individuals stage of life I suppose.

I first got married when I was 26, lasted 2 years and I thought never again.

Was in a long term relationship before I remarried again aged 37. I now feel more content than I did when I was 26.

I have a nice polish lady doing my ironing for £10 per hour and I always tip her with £5 because I am not cheap and she is really pretty and I told her how to avoid paying tax because its all cash so she probably makes more than lots of the so called "business people" on here
