Hi,
We currently have 2 physical retail stores (clothing) and sell on ebay too. The ebay stock is separate from the stock we sell in stores, and there's no syncing at the moment.
We're looking to make a website on shopify and would like to install a system that would enable us to link our inventory across all platforms (2 shops, website, and ebay) and keep it synced.
We have a manual entry payment processing system in place at the moment in our stores, and we would like to keep this in place. We don't want to install a new payment system.
We're looking for an inventory management system that only syncs stock levels, and is not responsible for, or interferes with, our current payment systems. So for example, the system would have a barcode printer and scanner. We can then print and stick barcodes on all our products. If a customer then wishes to purchase one of the items in store, we would scan the barcode which would remove the product from our online platforms, but nothing more would be done using the system. The payment would then be taking manually like we currently do.
Ideally, we would like to barcode scanning system to be very quick (just scan, no need to open any apps and choose the item etc.)
We're looking for some recommendations or general guidance on how to go about this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
