InTouch CRM anyone using it

Just wondering if anyone here uses InTouch for there CRM. I like the fact that its business to customer rather than business to business. The purpose of the requirement is a local community association needs to better manage members and unify a lot of paper based processes and communication. Although like all CRM programmes this is designed for business use but I think we can tweak it for are needs. Its going to be about finding the best off the shelf product for are need and InTouch looks like a good option. The reason for this post is to find out if anyone else is using it in the same way and how they are getting on with it in general.

I have checked with InTouch before, i have found the same problem that its likely for B2C use than B2B, finally i have checked out CloudSoft CRM in Cloud Expo in Singapore, and my company decide to use it which is more make for B2B usage.
