Importing from Pakistan

Simple question, do i need a license to buy goods from Pakistan? we have been offered some Aquscaping Tools and I would like to buy them. Anything I need to do or know before doing so?

Unless the goods are restricted, no.

You may need a license to export from Pakistan, but you will need to contact their authorities on that.
