Hi,

My company has two share classes. Class A has 1 share, each has a voting right, a dividend right; class B has 99 shares, each share has a dividend right only. Now I am doing 1:1000 share split to class A. I want aggregate rights of class A remain same. How do I write share particulars for new class A shares? Is below legally right?

Each share has a voting right, and 1/1000 dividend right.

The A shareholder (assuming only one of them) how has 1000 votes.

    Is that what you wanted?

Not sure why you need the 1:1000 bit. If you want A shares to get 1/1000 of the dividend B shares get, you would declare each share separately - I think; hopefully one of the accountants can comfirm.

I think there is some confusion here,. If you are only for now issuing 1 share in Class A then that share will receive all of whatever dividend is granted to Class A. Once you issue 999 more the holders of each receives a 1,000th share of whatever dividend is issued to Class A.
