How to post images?

I would really like to see the solution provided by the forum itself rather than having to post links to an external image.

A decision was made to block images uploads mainly because the facility was abused by some members.

I understand these decisions. However, unless the ratio of the abusing members was significantly high, couldn't the mods simply remove the offending pics on a case-by case?
