We are planing on opening a cash & curry styled warehouse in Asia. We are looking to distribute from one country to another. The warehouse will be based in Asia, we have the land, got the builders and everything which is no problem. My business partner and I are planing on going different Asian country to look for wholesalers. Basically this not something which is small, its a huge big profitable business, ALOT of money is going to go towards it. Basically we are going to sell stuff like, cosmetics, whole foods, canned etc...

Is it just me but this all seems a bit iffy. Surely if have got as far as getting the land, the builders and have ALOT of money going in, one of the first thiinngs to get sorted would be the import / export licence? How come this hasnt been done

I am Indian and in the UK from past 5 years.
At one stage I thought to export olives to India but didn't know think much in that direction yet.
