Can some1 tell me the steps to follow to get leads for my business of web designing.
I want o know the process, so that by following that I can get high volume of customers lead to convert it into sale.

Typically the process would start with profiling your customers. There are lots of sites out there that tell you how to do this. You want to be able to understand who your customers are and you should focus your attention in one or two niche areas at first. Once you understand your customers, including knowing the issues they have that you can solve for them, then you need to prepare marketing material that addresses those needs in the form of informative articles, guides, top 10's, ebooks, videos, tutorials etc. Push those out onto social media and lead traffic back to your web site. Convert that traffic into registrations by offering a "lead magnet" i.e. something (usually information) which is of high perceived value, to your audience. Once you have those email addresses from people who you know for sure are interested in your product and the niche you are operating in, then you can start to sell to them.
