How to change google+ url?

Everybody know how to change google+ url? Our company intend to branding, so we need do some SNS promotion, such as Facebook, twitter Google+. But our Google+ page isn't professional. We want to change it's link with our brand name. But I don't know how to modify. There are options in setting to modify.

My page: xxxx.xxxx./117366148924992583532/posts/p/pub
But I want to modify the link as: xxxxx/Chiaus

Pls help me. Thanks.

You should create a Business Page rather than use a Profile.

When you go to create Google+ page, It will allow you to change page URL.

1. Sign in to Google My Business. ...
2. Click the About tab, and under Links > Google+ URL, click Edit.
3. A box will appear allowing you to make edits to the formatting.
