Help on a Simple low budget PC

Hi,
Need a low budget PC for one of our outbuildings, windows 10, have a monitor keyboard, mouse etc so just the box. It only needs to run and an old version of Photoshop (CS3), Excel and word. Looks like some PC's now only have a HDMI connection (is that correct? - feeling old now).
At the moment ebuyer seem to be the cheapest, are there any others to look at?
All seems confusing as to what processors are any good, i would have thought any new one would be fine for what it is need for as its replacing a 10 year old (slow at the time) AMD processor with 2GB of RAM.

I'd say ebuyer is the cheapest, especially for parts.

I'd recommend at least an i3 processor and 4GB of RAM. Most PC's should have connections for HDMI, USB, ethernet etc although it should tell you in the specs.

Go to amazon and find if there any offer. Sometime computer shops give 50% less to some old build cpu's. Just keep your eyes open.

Take a look at Zoostorm, they are brilliant little PC's and are cheap to! Ebuyer normally has them on offer. They have a VGA and DVI port on the back of them. So your current monitor should be fine with it.

eBay if you don't mind used...

I3 with 4GB on Win 10 would sufficient, probably look at SSD Oy hybrid-SSD to help with performance.

I agree Zoostorm are great computers I have two of them here and can't fault them price is good value for money as well.

Hi Bharris! Have you considered refurbished PCs? They generally range from 2nd generation Intel i-series processors to 4th and 5th generation to fall within the budget price range and good retailers will offer 12 months warranty.

Try PC Specialist, they are great. We had an issue with one of our machines and they fixed it the same day. I would highly rate them.
