We are a small niche law firm: all we do is intellectual property, IT and technology law. Nothing else. Frankly its all we know and all we are interested in.
Our techie customers are ISPs, inventors, software companies and contractors. Our other customers fall into many categories but they all have IP issues: protecting their own copyrights, trademarks domain names, or they are fighting off claims from others.

We are, for lawyers, cost effective. We operate quickly informally and give good no-nonsense practical advice. We dont advise you to sue just because we make money out of it and if you dont have a hope, we'll tell you so.

It will be good to have a lawyers perspective on the forum Another member, crossguard, deals with some IP issues, we used to do trademarks but we do not have the time anymore.
