Little intro - my name is Gillian, I am 33 and for the last year or so have been self employed within direct sales. I am also about to start renting out my house which is the start of my 'dipping my toe' in the property investment game. Oh and am also looking at buying a business at the mo, hence how I got here!

Jayne, I have found a business that I want to buy but cannot agree on price as the agents idea of what it's worth and mine differ widely. Only worth what I am willing to pay for it, may be the tack I will try next.
