Has anyone ever worked as a 'picker' with a hourly pickrate?

So i just started this job as a picker, and the decision if they keep me on is if i can achieve the pick rate of a minimum 110 items per hour.. has anyone worked as a picker using the vocollect system?

Why do you want it deleted? It could be an interesting discussion.

As to pick rates, I worked in a supermarket for a while and was getting pick rates over 150 items per hour.
