You can't really judge impact by direct responses - especially if there's no CTA or direct reason to respond.So basically nobody seems to really want a generic email from a company, but yet they all send one...
That is sort of what I assumed would be the case. I have had about 20 from banks and I did not open a single one of them.
I sent out about 15-20 personal emails, I had replies from about 5. I will see if I hear back from others but it seems like even a personalised one is not exactly great either.
